RETURNS

We accept returns on eligible items within 30 days of the purchase date.
Returned items must be:

  • Unused and in original condition

  • In original packaging with all tags or labels attached

RETURN PROCESS

To initiate a return, please contact us at info@zeekcreativeshop.com for return instructions and the return address.

Return shipping costs:

  • Customer's responsibility if the item is unwanted, ordered by mistake, or doesn’t meet expectations.

  • Our responsibility if the item is incorrect, defective, or damaged.

We’ll provide return instructions once your request is approved.

Refunds & Exchanges

Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll process your:

  • Refund to the original payment method

  • Exchange, or

  • Store credit, based on your preference

Please allow up to 1-3 business days for processing. Refunds may take 1–2 billing cycles to appear, depending on your payment provider.

EXCEPTIONS

We do not accept returns or exchanges on:

  • Custom or personalized products (unless defective or incorrect)

If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos, and we’ll resolve it quickly.
